Everett John Locke

Locke Everett John, 68, of Canby, OR died Friday, June 14, 2002 at an Oregon City, OR hospital of natural causes. A rosary will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 18 at Canby Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 19 at St Patrick's Church in Canby. Burial will follow at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, OR. Mr Locke was born November 23, 1933 in Minneapolis. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1957. He married Betty Lou Olson October 11, 1958. Mr Locke was a Mechanical Designer for Flight Dynamics in Portland and retired in 1996. He has been an Oregon resident since 1968. He was a member of St Patrick's Parish and volunteered at the Canby Senior Center teaching basic computer. Survivors include his wife, Betty Lou Locke of Canby; 2 sons, Mark Locke of Molalla, OR and Wesley Locke of Canby; 1 daughter, Susan Locke Potter of Canby; 2 brothers, C.D. Locke of Dallas, OR and James Locke of Brooklyn Park, MN; 1 sister, Joyce Locke of Robbinsdale, MN. 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Canby Funeral Chapel 503-266-1144
