Grace O. Clogston

Clogston Grace O. Clogston passed away on May 5, 2002, at the Freedom Plaza Nursing Home in Peoria, AZ. She was born on July 20, 1911 in Minneapolis, MN. After her marriage to Walter Johnston, she resided in Hopkins, MN and in Minneapolis, MN following his death. She was an active member of Eastern Star. In 1969 she was married to Charles Melvin Clogston and made her home in Edina, MN and Sun City, AZ. He preceded her in death in March, 1991. She is survived by 2 step-children, Charles Clogston & his wife Patricia of Asheville, NC and Carolyn Engquist & her husband Thomas of Waterville, MN. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Karen & Jeffry Basen-Engquist & their daughter Emma Rose of Houston, TX; Lisa & Robert Pollard & their sons, Ian & Charles of Prior Lake, MN; David & Anup Engquist & their daughters Serena & Mina of Portland, OR. She is remembered by special friends, Sister Dorothy and Violet Koening and Marilyn Hoover of Sun City, AZ; Mac Waldron of St. Louis Park, MN and Norma Olson of St. Paul, MN. Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis.
