Survivors include his wife, LaVon Hines of Sioux Falls, SD; 3 daughters, Linda Thomas, Shakopee, MN, Debra Bohl & her husband Ray, New Prague, MN, Teresa Hines, Chaska, MN; a son, Thomas Hines & his wife LJ, Fort Knox, NY; step-daughter, Kathy Essem & her husband Mike, Sioux Falls, SD; step-son, Rick Quincy & his wife Carla, Branson, MO; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Ted Hines, Richfield, MN, Gerald Hines, Siren, WI, Lawrence Hines, Siren, WI; and his mother, Dorothy Hines, Siren, WI.
