Church Allan Frederick, born February 5, 1932, Mason City, IA; resided in Bloomington, MN. Passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family, on July 7, 2003. Preceded in death by father, Albert; brother, Douglas; and wife, Bonnie. Survived by mother, Leota of Mason City, IA; brother, Bruce Church of Lakin, KS; sister, Susan Culhane of Omaha, NE; sons, Richard (Sharon) Church of Hibbing, MN, Ryan (Christine) Church of St. Paul, MN; daughter, Roxanne (Richard) Murtaugh of West Lake, OH; grandchildren, Travis and Shevaun Church, Chad and Melissa Murtaugh, Dylan, Kira, and Emma Church; and special friend, Marion Persons. Retired from a twenty-eight year career with Quaker State Oil Corporation in 1988; served as an active volunteer on the Golden Rule Estates Board of Directors in Crosslake, MN; and served as an active member and co-chair of the "Singles All Together"Board of Directors. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11 at 3 PM at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1900 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Fairview Hospice.
