Bailey Walter G., age 96, formerly of Columbia Hgts & NE Mpls. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Bernice; sisters & brothers, Zoe, Ellis, Muriel, Arthur, Vernon, and Lauren Bailey. Survived by sons, Tom (Carol) and Bill (Helen& grandchildren, Krisi Bailey, Teri Anderson (Scott), Andrea Bailey and Sarah Bailey, Ben Scharff (Becky) and Nate Scharff; great-grandchildren, Bennett and Alison; special friend Karen Bailey; niece, Kathy Altermatt (Jim). Lifelong member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. Retired Carman with Soo Line Railroad (CP Railroad). Member of F.O.E. Aerie 1247. Memorials preferred to the Pillars Hospice.
