Josephine (Jodie) Blanch
Blanch Josephine Blanch 9/10/1910-5/17/2002 Josephine (Jodie) Blanch was born in South Dakota and grew-up in Valley City, ND. In 1929 she moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota where she graduated as a Home Economist. Jodie moved to Los Angeles in 1945. She worked for Corning, for 30 years, as the Educational Representative for the Western U.S, retiring in 1975. She is survived by her sister, Kaye Blanch and brother, Robert Blanch, his wife Winnifred and their six children. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 15 at Westchester Methodist Church, 80th & Emerson in Los Angeles at 1:30 PM (310-670-3777).
