Cline Kitty L., age 54, of Eagan. Passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2003 of heart failure. Kitty was an employee of the State of MN in the Housing and Finance Dept. Preceded in death by mother, Evelyn; and brother, Russell. Survived by husband, Charles; daughter, Jessica; father, Russell Miller; grandmother, Ida Miller; and other loving relatives and friends.
