Hoilund Lucille J., MD, age 91, of New Brighton, passed away Sept. 10, 2005 at Walker Methodist Health Center. Preceded in death by her parents & sister. A graduate of University of Minnesota Medical School & also University of Minnesota School of Medical Technology. Served internship at Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis. Training in pathology at St. Barnabas Hospital, Minneapolis. Director of the University of Minnesota School of Medical Technology. Registered Medical Technologist of American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Survived by aunt, LaVerne Maki & several cousins. Funeral service 1 PM Thurs., Sept. 15, 2005 at Forest Hill Cemetery Chapel, 2516 Woodland Ave., Duluth (218) 724-6743. Visitation from 6 to 8 PM Wed. evening, Sept. 14. at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 NE Hwy 65, Fridley & in Duluth 1 hour prior to service. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Duluth.
