Weinhagen (Brausen) Mary, age 71, of Edina. Died on September 3, 2005. Survived by husband, Edward; sons, Tim (Cindy) Brausen, Tom (Lisa) Brausen and John (Carol) Brausen; daughters, Lynn (Jim) Stringini, Laura (Armando) Soto and Amy (Jerry) Hilton; stepchildren, Mike (Nancy), Mary Kay, Mark, Maggi (partner, Jay Waalen) Weinhagen and Mardi (Tom) St Amand; 33 wonderful grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; former husband, Jim Brausen, and many caring friends. After a five year battle with cancer, she finally went to join her Lord in heaven. Her last years were made happy by a joyous marriage to Ed. She loved and cared for family and friends throughout her life. Our Mom really found joy in children, especially the babies. In life and dying she was a model of strength, courage and dignity. She will be missed by many. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 6730 Nicollet Ave. So., Bloomington. Private interment. Visitation 4 to 8 PM Monday (TODAY) at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul, 651-228-1006. and also AT CHURCH one hour prior to Mass Tuesday.
