Levercom Jacob David, age 2 of Coon Rapids. A little Angel went peacefully to Heaven in the arms of his mom & dad after a 9 month battle with a heart defect. Survived by mom & dad, Holly & David; sister, Emily; grandparents, Jerry & Sharon Parker, and Cathy Levercom; aunts, Kelly Jaeger & Uncle Andy, Mandy Parker, and Dusty Parker; cousins, Christopher and Elizabeth; other relatives and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday at the Church of St. Timothy, 707 89th Ave NE, Blaine. Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at church and 4-7 PM TODAY with 7 PM prayers at the Washburn- McReavy Seman Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd., Coon Rapids. Interment Epiphany Cemetery.
