Howard A. Pool

Pool Howard A., age 79 of Isle formerly of Robbinsdale. Died peacefully surrounded by his family at Wellstead of Rogers on June 14, 2003 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Preceded in death by son, Jon Howard. Survived by children, Judith Ann Niewind, Claire Louise "Babe" (Al) Lehne, "Bitzy" Jean Marie (Gregory) Hagglund, Nanette Helen (Randy) Hennig; grandchildren, Scott, & Eric Niewind, Allen & Chrissy Lehne, Schuyler & Taylor Hagglund, Clayton & Stephanie Hennig; 3 great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Howard lived life to it's fullest. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and telling a good story "what a character". He will be missed by many. Memorial service 5pm Wednesday at: Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St. Elk River, MN 763-441-1212. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials preferred.
