Karen Rae Swenson Nazaroff

Nazaroff Karen Rae Swenson, died Thursday, June 12, 2003, in Downey, CA. from cancer. She was a beloved wife, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Karen was a highly spiritual person, full of love and life. Raised in Minneapolis, she received her nursing degree from the University of Minnesota and her Masters degree from Boston University. After working at Sister Kenny Institute in Mpls., she moved to California where she worked at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, and most recently served as Parish Nurse at Christ Lutheran Church in Downey. Survived by husband, Paul; brother, Wayne (Gretchen) Swenson; sister, Beverly Nilsson; stepdaughter, Tanya; grandson, Josef; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Local service on Sat. June 21st @ 11 am (visitation @ 10 am) at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Ave., So. Richfield, MN. Interment in Kasota, MN. Memorials to Christ Lutheran Church, Downey, CA, or to donor's choice.
