Erma Gertrude Fautsch
Fautsch Erma Gertrude Fautsch, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, died peacefully July 25, 2005 at her home following a brief illness. She was 73. Born August 30, 1931 in Holdingford, MN, she was one of 16 children born to Henry & Mary Euteneuer. After graduating from Holdingford High School in 1949, she married Ambrose J. Fautsch October 13, 1952 and together they spent most of their 53 years of marriage in Spring Lake Park, MN. Erma worked part-time for the Minneapolis Star Tribune and for Wool- worth. Erma touched the hearts and souls of many people with her thoughtful ways. She was kind, caring, and a loving person who will be dearly missed. An earthly angel to all who came to know her. She is survived by her loving husband, Ambrose; daughters, Mary Fautsch (Mark), Julie Fautsch (Edward), Lisa Fautsch Polzin (Todd), and sons, Stephen Fautsch (Sue), and Michael Fautsch (Julie). Erma is also survived by 10 grandchildren, David, Matthew, Erin, Brandon, Kalli, Nicole, Joshua, Taylor, Sydney and Allen; sisters, Veronica Frie, Ceta Williams, Marcy Dierickx, Lorraine Euteneuer, Agnes Karpinski, Mary Posch, Clara Pylka, Eva Lamb and brothers, Victor and Melvin Euteneuer. Erma was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Leona, and brothers, Roman, Edwin, Elmer and Urban. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 28 from 6-9 PM, with rosary service 8:30 PM at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 NE Highway 65, Fridley, MN. On Friday, July 29, a visitation will be held from 9-10 AM, followed at 10 AM by a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Timothy's Catholic Church, 707 89th Ave NE, Blaine, MN. An interment service will be held at 2 PM at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, MN. Memorial donations will be forwarded to the missionaries of Maryknoll and the late Fr.
