Regnier John Michael, age 61, of Minnetonka, MN, died peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2003. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Olga Regnier of Roseville, MN. Survived by wife, Linda; daughter, Amy (Steven) Muscat of Dundee, IL, Michael (Michelle) Regnier of Omaha, NE and Jeffrey (Gwen) Regnier of Eden Prairie, MN; adored grandchildren, Lauren, Cody and Dillon Muscat of Dundee, IL and Morgan and Marley Regnier of Omaha, NE; brothers and sisters, Mary Grundhoffer of Montgomery, MN, Joseph (Mary Jo) Regnier of Bowling Green, KY, Dennis (Pady) Regnier of Excelsior, MN and Margaret (Robert) Lietzke of Minnetonka, MN. Numerous nieces and nephews also had a place in his heart. John served in the U.S. Air Force where he studied Mandarin Chinese at Yale University at New Haven, CT. He served his country proudly as a voice intercept process specialist in missions over China. John enjoyed his time with his family, fishing with his sons and grandchildren and being there for anyone who needed him. He lived his life with dignity, compassion and a genuine caring for all. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed dearly by all who had the priviledge of knowing him. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery 9:30 am, June 16, 2003. Memorial service to be held Monday, June 16, 2003 at St. Therese of Deephaven, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd., Deephaven, MN at 3 pm.
