Blue Delbert Samuel, Jr. ``Bud'', age 69, of Ramsey, MN, on May 18. Born in Huron, SD. Preceded in death by father, Delbert, Sr.; best friend and cousin Darold Schneller. Survived by his mother, Doris Blue of Covington, GA; wife, Virginia; sister, Bonnie (Sheldon) Butler, of GA; brother, Gary (Diane) of Guthrie, MN; children, Charles (Mary), Donald (Debra), Lisa (Kareem) A-Hameed, and John; grandchildren, Jake, Amy, Michael; nieces, Trisha and Tammi; nephew, Cole; many other relatives. Retired from Indianhead Truck Lines. Loved his family and friends. Avid fisherman, and loved western movies. Memorial service will be held at a later date. ``May your boat float on calm waters.''
