Dorothy Cecilia Alanko

Alanko Dorothy Cecilia Alanko, 88, died May 14, 2002 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born Dec. 4, 1913 in Delano, MN. She retired from Prudential Insurance after 21 years. She was the first female graduate from the University of Minnesota Business School. She is survived by her sons, Bert and Robert; grandchildren, Andy and Lisa; and 1 great-grandson, Daniel. Services will be on Monday, May 20, 2002 at 3:00 PM at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Phoenix Day Child and Family Learning Center, 115 E. Tonto, Phoenix, AZ, 85004.
