Hlady Phyllis, died suddenly May 14. Survivors include 2 sons, Jerry (Mal) and Tom (Pam); 2 grandchildren, Mark Hlady and Shelli Bauer; 1 great-grandchild, Madison. She is also survived by sister, MaryLou (Jim) Hastings; brother, George (Zehn) Toombs; and several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Don; 5 sisters, 1 brother, 1 grandchild & 1 niece. Funeral services will be at Cross of Glory Church, 4600 Shady Oak Road, Hopkins on Friday, May 17. Reviewal at the church at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral at 11:00 AM.
