Preceded in death by son, Dale Francis Hathaway; daughter, Diane Patten; grandson, Damon Hathaway; brothers, Kenneth, Thomas, Morris and Floyd Hathaway. Survived by wife, Eileen; son, Dennis (Betsy) Hathaway of Coon Rapids; daughters, Debra (Steve) Aleshire of Clear Lake; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; 3 step-great- grandchildren & 1 step- great-great-grandson; brothers, Leo Hathaway of Cambridge, Bruce Hathaway and Marvin (Eleanor) Hathaway, all of CA; sisters, Joyce (Ed) Trippe of Anoka, Gloria (Wayne) Benjamin of Andover and Bonnie Comeau of Coon Rapids. Memorial service Monday, 11 AM at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, W. Main St. & Branch Ave., Anoka. Private interment, Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to service only.
