Carole Anne Menard Reis

Reis Carole Anne Menard Reis, formerly of South Saint Paul, born November 27, 1943 in Rogers, MN, died in Des Moines on May 7, 2002 at the age of 58. She grew up in Osseo, MN and graduated from St. Benedict's High School in St. Joseph, MN. A lover of learning, she accumulated many credits at the University of MN, however remained undecided in a major. Carole married Richard Reis on May 15, 1965. During their 37 years of marriage, Carole enjoyed being home with their two daughters and working in a variety of capacities, primarily at the University of St. Thomas and Wells Fargo Corporation. She is survived by her husband, Dick; daughters, Marianne (Tom) of Lindstrom, Beth (Dave) of Becker; 4 precious grandchildren and her mother, Elsie Kemp. She was preceded in death by her father, step-father, sister, brother, and very special friends. Memorials to the Adair County Iowa Memorial Hospital Helicopter Pad Project, in Greenfield, IA (609 SE Kent, 50849) are requested in lieu of flowers. The visitation will be from 5- 7 PM on Monday, May 13, with a prayer service at 7 PM at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. The funeral will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, May 14 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom.
