Richard Alfred Maxwell

Maxwell Richard Alfred Maxwell of Richfield, died June 7, 2003 in Richfield. Richard Alfred was born 11-6-14 in Chanhassen Township, the youngest of four and only son of James Alfred Maxwell and Minnie Swensen. He grew up in Excelsior and graduated from Excelsior High School. He attended the U of M, farmed the family homestead, was in the insurance business and owned Maxwell Realty in Excelsior. He is survived by six children: Lynnell Maxwell of San Diego, CA, Merrilee Carlson of Raleigh, NC, Scott Maxwell of Bloomington, Janine Maxwell of Santa Rosa, CA, April Hall of San Diego, CA and Glendon Maxwell of San Diego, CA; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Horry, Benjamin, Daniel and Malena Maxwell. Memorial Service 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 10th at Atonement Lutheran Church, 98th & Portland Ave So., Bloomington. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Atonement Lutheran Church, 601 East 98th St., Bloomington, MN 55420.
