Slovak Frank S. Slovak, age 94 of Brooklyn Center. Survived by loving wife of 66 years, Gertrude; children, Frank Slovak Jr. (Jacqueline), Marilyn Slovak, Richard Slovak (Judy); 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Sophie Zajac; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family extends its heartfelt appreciation to the caregivers at St. Therese in New Hope for the comfort given Dad the past four and a half months.
