Kathryn M. Scheller

Kathryn Marie Scheller, 87, passed away peacefully at her home in Minnetonka May 5, 2002. Born in Bird Island, MN, she attended school in Wahpeton, ND and Minneapolis, MN. She raised her family in Wayzata. Kathryn owned and operated several beauty salons and taught cosmetology until age 72. She sang with the Sweet Adelines, bowled and enjoyed investing in real estate. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas and survived by husband, Michael B; nine children, and their spouses; 24 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. Children and spouses include: Kathleen May; Michael James and Patricia Scheller; Denise and Robert Lewis, Mary Jo and James Loehr, Camilla and Gilberto Rojo, Michelle and Franklin Lewis, Richard and Irene Scheller, William and Beverly Scheller, Elizabeth and Joseph Jernigan. She was well-loved and will be missed dearly by her family. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11 AM at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, Plymouth.
