Barbara Lois (Sorvig) Naylor

Naylor Barbara Lois (Sorvig) Naylor of Sturgeon Lake, MN passed away at age 73 in Yuma, AZ on February 24, 2003. Born to Roy L. & Olive (Carpenter) Sorvig on November 23, 1929 in Mpls., MN. Attended school in Minnetonka, MN, graduated in 1947 and continued on to Macalester College in St. Paul, MN & the University of Houston TX. She volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for 8 yrs., then worked for the Greater Mpls. Girl Scout Council for 12 yrs. in various positions. She worked 25 yrs. for Peat Marwick and retired in 1994. She is survived by husband Donald T. Naylor; 2 daughters, Nancy A. Naylor & Molly S. Knight; grandson, Jason T. Knight; great-grandson, Damian T. Knight; 1 brother, Richard Sorvig, wife Carol & 2 nephews, Douglas & Rob. Also cousin, Rod Kelsey & other cousins. A memorial service will be held June 7th at 2 PM at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 700 5th St, Moose Lake, MN.
