Survived by loving children, Marilyn (Leo) Wirth, Cliff (Marlys) Thom, Craig (Karen) Thom, Wayne (Lorene) Thom, Nancy (Bill) McLaughlin and David (Virginia) Thom; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; also by brother, Vernon Benson; and sister, Joan (Winton) Schlief.
