She is survived by her sons & daughter- in-law, Neil & Diane Hoffman, Richard Hoffman; grandchildren, Leslie (Peter) Bacig, Lisa Hoffman, and Michael (Tracy) Hoffman; great-grandchildren, Cole and Mara Bacig, Raya Hoffman, and sister, Naomi Kaplan. Funeral services SUNDAY, 12 NOON, BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5224 W. 26th St. Memorials may be made to donor's favorite charity. SHIVA, 12500 Marion Lane, Mtka, small community room (Sun., Mon. & Tues eves).
