Jakubik Paul, age 91, of Crestview Care Center, formerly of Mound. Preceded in death by his wife, Agnes; brothers, Peter, Raymond, Frank; sisters, Betty and Gertrude. Survived by sister, Mary Kissel; brother, Edward (June) Jakubik; sister-in-law, Kathryn, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
