Kelly Edward L., age 98, of West St Paul on 4/13/02. Preceded in death by his wife, Violet. Survived by son, Tom of Huntsville, AL; daughter, Kathleen Mansur of WSP; 11 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; brother, Bill (Margaret) Kelly of St Paul; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday at ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH (305 E 77th St., Richfield).
