Kollen Alma Christine (Koenig) Kollen. Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on April 6, 2002 in Orangevale, CA. Born July 29, 1910, ninth of fifteen children to Albert Friedrich and Maria Koenig, Swanville, Minnesota. Loving wife of the late Wallace W. Kollen. Survived by sisters Elenore Barbaree and Lorraine Wolfe and brother, Raymond Koenig of the Twin Cities. Loving mother of Robert S. Kollen, Fullerton, CA and Thomas M. Kollen, Roseville, CA. Loving mother-in-law of Julie (Blazona) Kollen, Roseville, CA. Beloved grandmother of Lane Kollen, Fair Oaks, CA, Karli Kollen, Carmichael, CA, Jon Kollen, San Diego, CA and Michael Kollen (wife, Kim), Irvine, CA. Loving great-grandmother of Christian Michael Blazona, Mission Viejo, CA. Alma (``Dolly'') Kollen, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, a resident of Minneapolis for over 70 years, was co-owner of Sexton-Thomas Co., an advertising specialty business, with her late husband, Wally. She was an active member of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Minneapolis, MN. The family wishes to thank her manly friends and family members for their loving care and friendship during her lifetime in Minnesota and California. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church Library Memorial Fund. Graveside services will be held at 1 o'clock PM at Lakewood Cemetery, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, MN.
