Martha J. Thomopoulos

Thomopoulos (Jody) Martha J. Thomopoulos (nee Laidlaw), age 58, of International Falls, formerly of Savage, MN, passed away Saturday, April 26th. She was born Nov. 11th, 1944 to Toby & Josephine Laidlaw. In 1967 she was united in marriage to Michael Charles Thomopoulos at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church in Mpls. Jody worked as a Secretary for Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Mpls. She was preceded in death by her parents, great nephew. Jody is survived by her loving husband, Michael; sons, Steven, Michael Jr., and Joseph; step- daughters, Ginny and Julie; brother, Pete (Shirley) Laidlaw; neph- ew, John; niece, Leslie; 12 grandchildren; many friends. Services Sat. at 3 pm at St. Stephen the Martyr Episcopal Church, 4439 West 50th St. Edina, in the Chapel, with a small reception to follow. Pvt. interment. Jody was an Angel sent from above, She touched our hearts with all her love! Now it's time for her journey home. Her heart and soul need no longer roam. No flowers please. Memorials preferred to the National Alzheimer's Association.
