Risdall Vashti C., age 100, of Woodbury, MN, on April 27, 2003. Preceded in death by husband, Arthur Ingman; 3 sons, Lyle E., Dean A., & Lenard. Survived by son, Newell Risdall; daughter, Ardis Armstrong; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great-grandsons. Vashti was a fostercare mother of 163 children, retiring at the age of 96. Private graveside services. Memorials of choice preferred. Vashti will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
