Fasching Edwin J. "Freidel" age 83, of Excelsior, formerly of Winsted. Preceded in death by wife, Monica Fasching; daughter, Mary Peterson; daughter- in-law, Mary L. Fasching and granddaughter, Megan Adolphson. Survived by sons, Kenneth (Kitty) Fasching, Paul Fasching; son-in-law, James Peterson; grandchildren, Rick, Mark, Greg, Kurt and Alex Fasching, Dan Peterson and Cindy Adolphson; 7 great- grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, (TODAY) 10 AM, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 680 Mill St., Excelsior (952-474- 8868). Visitation one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
