Earl F. Hecker

Hecker Earl F. Hecker, age 93, of Plymouth. Survived by wife of 64 years, LaVera (Babe) Hecker; daughters, Beverly (Bob) Halfpenny & Leilani (Bill) Jansen; son, Dennis E. (Tamitha) Hecker; grandchildren, Tom, Karen, Jane, Ann, Susan, Holly, Kelly, Jacob and Sydney; step-grandchildren, Alex & Victoria; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Earl lived a long and healthy life enjoying over 20 years of retirement in good health and in great humor. Prior to his retirement, he operated a Twin Cities Dry Cleaner for over 40 years and served hundreds of life-long customers he called friends. Most recently, Earl was often seen fishing in the Crosslake area or in sunny Florida. He also enjoyed taking in a ball game. He loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed seeing everybody happy. Funeral 10 AM Monday at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Cty Rd 10 and Hwy 101, Maple Grove. Int. Crystal Lake Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 5-8 PM at the Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, 37th Ave N. and Vicksburg Lane and at church 1 hour before service.
