Nelson Donald, age 60, of Sauk Centre, formerly of Little Canada, died Mar. 31. In 1966, Don worked for Control Data. He was later employed by the Ramsey Co. Highway Dept. and SuperCycle, Inc. Survived by his wife, Jane Nelson, Sauk Centre; 2 sons, Jeffery (Kris) Nelson, Wyoming, MN, James (Sheri) Nelson, Vadnais Heights; daughter, Cori, at home; 4 grandchildren; parents, Wallace & Signe Nelson, Kenosha, WI; former wife, Sue Nelson, Roseville; sister, Cheryl Saarino of Winchester, WI; brothers, Gary of Milwaukee, WI, Ed of Kenosha, WI, David of Rice Lake, WI. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Debra; and grandparents. Funeral service Thurs., 11 am at Zion Lutheran Church, Sauk Centre. Visitation Wed., 4-8 pm at the funeral home and Thurs. at the church one hour prior to the service. Honorary bearers will be his youth hockey groups. Memorials preferred.
