La Nelle Richards Anderson

Anderson La Nelle Richards Anderson, of Minneapolis, peacefully passed away on April 7, 2003. La Nelle was a registered nurse in Atlanta, Georgia and served on many committees for the disadvantaged and handicapped at local and state levels. La Nelle and husband Andy opened and operated Coast-to-Coast hardware stores in Brooklyn Park and New Brighton. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas J. Anderson (Andy); and son, Brett Anderson. Survived by son, Tom Anderson III; daughter, Barbara Anderson Downard; son, Richard Anderson; son, Harry Anderson; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Memorial service to be held at Linden Hills Congregational United Church of Christ, 4200 Upton Ave S., Minneapolis, MN 55410, on Saturday, April 12, 2003 at 11 AM. Memorials may be directed to the church.
