Kathleen T. Doherty

Doherty Kathleen T., age 54, died peacefully at home on March 22 after a long struggle with Melanoma. She was aided in death by her dear friend, Barb Hill, and her cousins, Betty and Helen Doherty, with the loving support of many friends and the Fairview Hospice Program. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hank and Theresa Doherty. Kathleen is survived by her dog, Blueberry, all the little blue and green herons, loons, cardinals, chickadees; her brothers, Terry and Jack; and many loving friends and family. Kathleen worked for many years as a nurse-clinician at Minnesota Epilepsy Group. Kathleen loved her cabin, her dog Blueberry, bird watching, her many friends and her family. She was a lover of beauty, nature and art. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 25, with visitation one hour prior to service at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Third Ave. South, Mpls., MN, 612-823-8205
