Jensen Patricia, age 14, of Eagan. Trisha went home to Heaven suddenly on March 18, 2002. She will be sorrowfully missed by many family members, friends, School & Social Service professionals. This will be held at J.S. Klecatsky & Sons Funeral Home, 1580 Century Point (Yankee Doodle @ Coachman, Eagan). Friends may call on Friday from 9:30-11 AM with an 11 AM Funeral Mass EXCLUSIVE to those connected to Trisha through her beloved brother, James Jensen and the rest of the Kern family of Eagan. This will be held at Mary, Mother of the Church, 3333 Cliff Rd., Burnsville. The Deepest appreciation goes out to the Special Education Staff of Blackhawk Middle School, Andrea Parsons of Fairview Pediatric Rehab., Dr. Rita Puri of Fairview Ridges Clinic, Dr. Espinoza of Mpls Clinic of Neurology. The absolute most loving and supportive Personal Support staff ever: Kristina Bradstad, Amber Stumph, Andy Wong, Crystal Friesen and Beatrice Kamara. The unending advocacy of the Dakota County Social Service Department especially Ellen Dephillippes, Mick Smuk, T.D. ``Andy'' Andersen and Mike Siewert. Eileen Kern will forever be grateful. An inclusive interment will be held PRIVATELY at Lakewood Cemetery in Mpls. May we all keep Trisha's Bright Eyes and Big Smile alive in our hearts ``Forever and Ever.''
