Beverly Anne Steeves Born 6/19/24. She lived in Columbia Heights until she was called to Heaven on 3/16/02 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold Steeves; parents, Otto & Barbara Dunemann; brother, Wyvernne; sisters, Muriel Hawfitch, Lorraine Thimmesch and Dorothy Jenson. She is survived by daughter, Leanne (Harley) Wells; granddaughters, Amy (Doug) Ebeltoft, Tiffany Wells (fiance, Charles Brynteson); great-grandchildren, Kortney, Ryan, Drew and Christopher Ebeltoft, and Randi Brynteson; sister, Renaye (Jim) Day; brothers-in-law, Carroll Jenson and Hy Thimmesch; other aunts, nieces, nephews and friends. Beverly retired after 37 years with Munsingwear, beginning as a knitter, promoted to color coordinator for the Vasserette Division. In her spare time she enjoyed watching the birds, playing cards and being the best seamstress ever. She was the most loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and put her family first before all else. She will be deeply missed, remembered and loved forever by her family. Deepest thanks to North Memorial Hospital Hospice and North Residential Hospice staff for all their wonderful care that they gave. Funeral service 11 am TODAY at St Matthew's Lutheran Church, 4101 NE Washington St, Columbia Hts. Visitation one hour prior to service at church. Interment Hillside Memorium.
