Stephens Russell Howard, age 38, of Mpls. Died unexpectedly on March 15, 2002. He is preceded in death by his father, William Russell Stephens. He will be deeply missed by mother, Judith Lange; sisters, Kim Silcox, Cinnamon (Tim) Roche, Jennie Lange, Rachel Stephens; nieces and nephews, Alexandria, Jessica, Jerrod, Natalie, Lucas, Jocelyn; great uncle to T.J., Haley; other relatives and friends.
