Maria Thomas Callas

Callas Maria Thomas Callas of Minnetonka, MN, died after an extended illness on March 14, 2002. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas & Martha Callas. Survived by brother, Michael (Judi) Callas; sisters, Celie (Bill) Kustas, Thalia (Lou) Urbanski, Maxine Bitsianes; loving aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Maria joined Campbell Mithun in 1962 and retired after 31 years of service. She was an account executive for many clients including Land O' Lakes and Wells Fargo. For the last 11 years at CM she was the New Business Account Executive. Maria was a pioneer in the agency world, mentoring women of the agency and helping create a career track for the generations to come. The family extends its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Barbara Bowers, the caring staff at St. Gertrude's Health Center and to Maria's many loving and caring friends. Funeral 11 am Monday, St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 3424 Irving Avenue South. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
