Blocker Delores E. (nee Berndt), age 77, of Elk River, on 3/10/02. Preceded in death by husband, Lucious; parents, August and Edna; nieces, Denise and Teresa Berndt. Survived by son, Rev. Bruce L. Blocker (Holly), Oconto, WI; daughter, Gayle E. Merritt (Donald) of Brooklyn Center; grandsons, Louis and Gary Blocker, Andrus, Gregory and Jeffrey Merritt; brother, Gerald Berndt (Carolyn); sister, Mable Haslett (Allen) and many other relatives and friends. Funeral service Wed., 10:30 AM at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 1506 Main St., Elk River. Visitation Tues., 4-8 PM at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St., Elk River, and one hour prior at church.
