Survived by sons, Ronald (Winifred) Balster of Rapid City, South Dakota and William (Tess) Balster of Mound; a daughter, Kathleen (John) Minahan of Minnetrista; a son-in-law, John Henning of Brooklyn Park; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Herman Balster; a son, Melvin E. Balster; and by a daughter, Bernice J. Henning.
