Ruth Wernick

Wernick Ruth, age 89 of St. Louis Park, formerly of New Jersey. Preceded in death by husband, Harry; son, Joel; brother, Harry Lapidus; sister, Ida Henes. Ruth is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Maida and James Fruen; daughter-in-law, Wilma Wernick; grandchildren, Harris and Jody Perkel and their children, Shelley and Ben, Scott Perkel, Kim and Joe Kivens and their daughter, Lily, Beth Haley Wernick, Becky Kenyon and her daughter, Samantha, Brenda Wernick and Gabe Spalding and their son, Cooper, Beverly and Chris Tieman and their daughter, Eva; step-grandchildren, Stacey and Amir Goldman and their children, Matan, Shai, and Elan, and Heather Fruen; special nephew, Bob (Nathalee) Lapidus; special friends, Kathy and Tim Johnson, Nettie Fruen and Laurie Savran. Ruth was a wealth of energy in a small package, she was always on the go. Her love of family was the love of her life. She will be dearly missed. Funeral services Sunday (Today) in New Jersey. Memorial service TUESDAY APRIL 8TH, 7PM MENORAH PLAZA, 4925 Mtka Blvd, Community Room. The family requests guests please come with a thought to share about Ruth.
