Kerr Clytie Lane, age 95, of Roseville, MN, formerly of St. Paul, MN; Spokane, WA, and Reno, NV on March 26, 2003. Preceded in death by her husband, Merton A. Kerr, her son, James C. Kerr, and her brother, Loring Lane. Survived by her sister, Dorothy Lane Merrick, Bloomington, and sister-in-law, Wenonah Lane, Burnsville; 7 grandchildren, Patricia Burnett (Gale), James Kerr, Jr. (Marla), Michael Kerr, all of Spokane, WA, Linda Francis (Doug), British Columbia, Robert Palmer (Kim) of Utah, Callie Palmer, and Marty Palmer, both of Spokane, WA; and 8 great-grandchildren. Other survivors include 5 nieces and nephews, Susan Wiik (John), Shoreview, Patricia Kline (Gregg), Eagan, Barbara Dennis (Tim), Eden Prairie, John Merrick (Lorri), NV, and Stephen Lane (Sue), Lakeville; 11 great-nieces and nephews, many friends, especially those at Rose of Sharon Manor, Roseville. Clytie worked in management in classified advertising at the ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS from which she retired in 1973. Clytie was dearly loved and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her as a loving and supportive wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at Messiah Episcopal Church, 1631 Ford Parkway, St. Paul, with inurnment at Roselawn Cemetery, St. Paul Memorials preferred Twin Cities Cremation 612-866-6711
