Doris E. Wirtz

Wirtz Doris E. Wirtz, age 87, of Zimmerman went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2003. Survived by daughters, Barbara (Albert) Standing, Jeanne (Robert) Simonson, and Janice (Randall) Dorumsgaard. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herbert: and two brothers. Doris was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grand-mother and friend. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday at the Church of St. Pius X, 25909-4th St. W., Zimmerman. Visitation 2-4 PM Sunday with prayer service at 4 PM at Dare's Funeral Home 805 Main Street, Elk River and visitation one hr. prior to service at church Monday . Interment St. Pius X Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
