Edelston Dorothy, age 84, and Kermit, age 92, of Golden Valley. Kermit, a WWII veteran & Shriner, and Dorothy had been married 57 years at the time of her death Sunday night. Kermit died Monday morning. They were preceded in death by Dorothy's brother, Dave Bloomberg; Kermit's brothers, Donald and Merrill Edelston; Kermit's sister, Shirley Zaveral; and their granddaughter, Kathleen Edelston. Kermit and Dorothy are survived by their children, Allan and Suzy Edelston, Gary and Barbara Edleston, Maureen & Greg Davis; grandchildren, Donald, Jennifer, Jeremy, and Jill Edelston, Jessica, Dasha, and Stephanie Davis. Dorothy is also survived by special cousins, Dave & Mary Raskin, Bill & Bernice Rosen, Norm & Addie Perl; other cousins, nieces and nephews; special friends, Eric and Noreen. The family wishes to thank all of the caregivers at Fairview Hospice and N.C. Little Hospice, with special thanks to nurses Lonnie and Sandra. Graveside services TUESDAY (TODAY), 2 PM, TEMPLE OF AARON CEMETERY, Dale and Larpenteur Aves. Memorials preferred to Fairview Hospice or NC Little Hospice Memorial Center.
