Maureen B. Moore

Moore Maureen B. Moore, 90, of Bloomington, MN formerly of Edina, MN, surrounded by her loving family, completed her earthly journey and began her life of everlasting happiness on Mar 20, 2003. Born on Feb 22, 1913 she was raised in Sioux City, IA as one of 12 children. She later moved to Michigan where she spent 32 years before moving to MN in 1963. She has been a member of Our Lady of Grace Church for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur S. (1990) and is survived by her 8 children, Tom (Kitty) of Edina, Ann (Leo) of Bloomington, Bill of Mountain View, CA, Art (Jo) of Chicago, IL, Rob (Patty) of Kenilworth, IL, John (Lourdes) of Minneapolis, Kathy of Milwaukee, WI and Mike (Maureen) of Glenview, IL. Also surviving is her sister, Winnifred Sparrow her devoted companion for the past 13 years; as well as 23 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of her life with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 5071 Eden Ave, Edina, Mon, Mar 24 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held Sun at Werness Brothers Funeral Chapel, 3500 W. 50th St from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Visitation at the church will be 1 hr prior to the service on Mon.
