Anne Doris Dower

Dower (Bailey) Anne Doris Dower age 92 of Edina. Born March 8, 1911 and passed away March 17, 2003 of complications from hip surgery. Active member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Anne loved to play bridge and was a life member of A.C.B.L. and also a Life Master. She enjoyed her many friends and neighbors. 25 year employee in the business office of Young Quinlan Dept Store. Many thanks to the Hillcrest Care Center, Home Instead Senior Care, Westwood Health Care Center and Intensive Care staff at HCMC for all their compassionate care of our aunt. Preceded in death by husbands, Jack Bailey and Harold Dower. Survived by niece, Barbara Gubbe; and nephew, James Bigelow; grand-nieces, Carol (Larry) Murphy and Diane Massey. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial TODAY, 4 pm, Christ the King Catholic Community, 5029 Zenith Ave S, Mpls. Private interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Hts.
