Blum Judith Marie Blum (Parnell), age 55, died March 10, 2003, after suffering from diabetes, heart and numerous eye problems. Preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Marie Parnell. Beloved wife of Tom. Loving mother of Joe. Also survived by brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Cindy Parnell; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Margaret Blum; brothers-in-law, Roger Blum and Terry Blum; nephew and nieces, Doug and Krissy Parnell, Melissa and Megan Blum; as well as many special friends here and in Medjugorje, Bosnia Hercegovina. Judy retired after 30 years from USWest, as Engineer, Manager, and Member of the Technical Staff. She was currently employed part-time at the Church of St. Louis in St. Paul. With her husband, Tom, she founded and directed Perpetual Adoration in 1992, at St. Michael's Church in West St. Paul. She loved making thousands of Rosaries for the Missions. She was also past president of St. Michael's Altar and Rosary Society. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday, with Parish vigil 6:30 PM at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert @ Arion, WSP. Funeral leaving Thursday 11 AM for Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Michael, 337 E. Hurley St., West St. Paul. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. WEST FUNERAL HOME 651-457-6200
