Frey Richard C. Frey, age 71, of Bloomington, passed away suddenly on May 10, 2004. Preceded in death by his parents and 4 siblings. Survived by loving wife, Jaci; children, Ric (Loretta), Wanda (Dale) Pramann, Lori (Don) Roiger, Roy (Sharon), Lisa (David) Bowdon, Ross (Brandi), Marna (Nick) Aguirre; 17 grandchildren; 6 siblings and many other relatives and friends. Employed by AT & T for 38 years. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, and friend. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. Words of comfort may be left at mem. com. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Funeral Service Friday 10:30 AM with visitation an hour prior at Transfiguration Lutheran Church, 11000 France Ave. S., Bloomington.
