Dr. Lorne Maxwell Chanin

Chanin Dr. Lorne Maxwell Chanin, age 75, passed away Feb. 28, 2003, at his home in Hopkins, MN. He was a Professor Emeritus in the Electrical and Physics Engineering Departments at the University of Minnesota. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 yrs Irene; children, Lorne Edwin of Maple Grove, Julie Olson (Robert) of Apple Valley, and Marcie, of Montclair, NJ.; grandchildren, Ari, Aaron and Emily Olson, Grace and Taylor Chanin and Eva DeMeo; a sister, Marg Brennan (Bert); a brother Glen Chanin (Arlene); many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Memorial service 4 PM Wed., March 5, 2003 at The Unitarian Society of Mpls, 900 Mt. Curve. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers. The Funeral Directors 612-866-6711
